Return & Refund Policies:

• 15 days to request a return or exchange after your purchase date.
• All returns must be in their original condition, must include product original manufacturer packaging, manual and all accessories.  If an item has been opened/used, a restocking fee with a minimum 10%  will be applied.
• If an item is returned with missing parts or damage a separate fee will be applied.
• Please process factory reset to the device to delete all personal data including Google account and remove your pin before you ship the item back. If personal data or locks are not removed we will not be able to process your refund. 
• The buyer will pay for the return shipping label.
• The item needs to be delivered and inspected before we process the refund. 
• Funds will be refunded in the original method of payment.
